From the time I was a young girl, I knew I wanted to have my own business. Growing up with a father who had his own construction company (3rd generation) and also a stepfather with his own printing business, I developed an entrepreneurial spirit early...and a love for typewriters. I couldn’t type fast enough during my school years (I was nicknamed “fast fingers”).

I worked hard for the next several years, making my way through high levels of administration in Corporate America, supporting C-Levels and senior management, while obtaining a much desired four-year degree. I didn’t give up on my business goal though, as during that time, I dabbled in a few worthwhile MLMs and worked on projects with my super talented brother, creating comics and coloring books, which was fun and allowed me to keep my goal fresh.

In the Fall of 2014, I took the leap and left Corporate America, doing what I’ve done for years, but in a virtual environment (and shockingly, it included typing!). This proved to be a good choice, affording me the freedom to create my own work environment, the freedom to work where I wanted to live, and the ability to spend more time with family in other locations, while taking my work with me.

I’ve learned a lot about the virtual world since then, including the vast amount of available business tools available. Oh, and I’ve acquired a couple of vintage typewriters too…  🙂

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, motorcycle riding with my boyfriend in the beautiful outdoors, especially here in lovely southeast Tennessee, volunteering, and working on DIY house projects.
